Return & Replace

If something you have bought is not to your satisfaction, you can return it to us and choose something else or get a refund.

This is the following process:

Call us at +35799039334 within 14 days from the date you received the product and notify it to us.

You choose whether you want to replace the returned product or refund the value of the product.

Upon request, you return the product you do not want to us, making sure that it is packaged somehow so that it is not damaged in transit, with all the relevant accompanying forms (retail receipt/invoice).

Once we receive it and after verification, we proceed to send the new one or refund the original value of your order in the same way as it was paid for.

The shipping costs of the new item are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning a product you have two options:

1. Product Replacement.

In case of replacement of a non-defective product, you will be charged the following fees:

– Return shipping costs

– Costs for shipping the new package

2.Refund

The refund of your money will be made as follows:

– To your debit/credit card, if the payment of the order has been made through it.

– To the bank account that you will send to us by mail: [email protected] if the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery or bank deposit.

– No changes can be made without the purchase documents (receipt, invoice, change voucher)

– No changes can be made to torn, damaged or broken products

– No changes can be made to items that are on sale or discounted

– No changes and cancellations are made on products made to order

– Products must be in their original packaging with their tags.

– No changes can be made to beauty products if their original packaging has been tampered with or opened

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

To return defective products, you should contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +35799039334 to get approval and instructions on how to send the defective product so as not to incur additional costs.

Replacement of the product can be made if the fault is examined and confirmed by the manufacturer – importer and is not caused by consumer misuse or violation of the instructions for use, by presenting the product packaging and proof of purchase

The return shipping costs of a defective product are borne by ledi.cy. In the event that a product is returned as defective and its integrity is established, the transport and return and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
